MedTravel-R is not a medical institution and does not provide medical services. Every clinical decision is made by the treating doctors at the clinic — never by a coordinator, and never by us.
No Price List, Deliberately
Cost depends on the case rather than the country: the scope of diagnostics, the treatment plan, length of stay, type of hospitalisation, medication. A realistic figure needs your documents first. Anyone quoting a number before seeing them is guessing.
Visa Documents, Not Visa Decisions
We can obtain the clinic documentation a visa application requires. Neither MedVoyage Global nor MedTravel-R takes part in visa review procedures or has any influence over the outcome.

The things patients and families ask most often. If yours is not here, ask it directly — not every question has a useful general answer, because so much depends on the case.
No. A short description of what is going on and the main medical documents related to it are enough to begin. Further records are requested later only if a doctor or clinic genuinely needs them. One thing worth doing from the start: if you have CT, MRI or PET-CT scans, send the discs or the digital images — the images themselves carry far more than the written report about them.
No. A great many people travel for a second medical opinion, clarification of a diagnosis, planned diagnostics or a full check-up programme. Treatment abroad is not reserved for emergencies or for cases that have run out of options at home.
There is no single best country, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. The choice comes from your diagnosis, the goal of the request, which clinic has the right profile, whether the specialist you need is available, your timing, and the practical logistics. It is decided case by case.
It depends on urgency and on how complete your documents already are. Where the records are in order and the medical question is clear, the first steps can move quickly. Exact timelines are always set against the individual case rather than promised in advance.
You can. But you then handle the medical records, the translation, the correspondence, the timelines and the comparison between options yourself — usually in a second language, usually while unwell or worried about someone who is. Taking that off you is precisely what this partnership exists to do.
Support continues where it is needed: obtaining medical reports from the clinic, arranging remote contact with the treating doctor, helping with the organisational side of following medical recommendations, and forwarding documents or physician-prescribed medication.
