What Is Usually Included

Airport Transfers
Collected on arrival and taken back for departure. The clinic is on the European side of Istanbul, roughly 30 to 40 minutes from Istanbul Airport.
Hotel Accommodation
A hotel stay for the treatment period, with transport between the hotel and appointments.
Interpreter on the Day
A patient coordinator and interpreter at appointments, so nothing clinical is lost in translation.

What People Actually Travel For
Four patterns account for most of the cases that reach International Plus. Yours may be simpler than any of them — which is worth establishing before you plan a trip around it.
Implants or a Full Arch on Four or Six
Several teeth gone, or a denture that has never sat properly. It is staged: the first visit, usually five to seven days, places the implants and fits temporary teeth. The bone then needs around three months to fuse with the implants before a second, shorter visit of three to four days for the permanent teeth. A 3D scan comes first, because it decides whether implants are possible at all — and whether zygoma implants are needed where upper-jaw bone is thin.
A Hollywood Smile in One Visit
Veneers or crowns across the visible teeth, usually completed in a single trip of five to seven days. International Plus plans this with a digital face scan and smile design before any tooth is prepared. That design step is the part worth insisting on — enamel removed for veneers does not grow back.
Hair or Beard Transplant
Follicles moved from where hair is dense to where it has thinned. The procedure itself is short, but results take months to show as transplanted hair sheds and regrows. Suitability depends on the donor area, which is assessed from photographs first and confirmed in person.
Gastric Sleeve or Gastric Balloon
Surgical and non-surgical routes to weight loss. The sleeve permanently reduces the size of the stomach; the balloon is temporary and does not involve surgery. Both need a proper medical history before anyone can say which, if either, is appropriate — and both depend on long-term changes to diet after you go home.

The Cost Gap Is Real, and It Is Not a Quote
Dental, hair and cosmetic treatment in Turkey commonly lands well below UK, Gulf and Western European private pricing — often by enough to cover the trip. That is a range, not a price. What you actually pay depends on what the examination finds, and you get that figure in writing before you commit to anything.
Istanbul Is a Hub, Which Changes the Maths
Direct flights from most of Europe, the UK, the Gulf, Central Asia and much of Africa. That matters specifically for implant cases, because they need two trips — and a second trip is a very different decision when it is a four-hour direct flight rather than two connections.
Some of It Cannot Be Rushed
Veneers, crowns, whitening, a hair transplant and most aesthetic procedures fit inside a single trip. Implants do not — the bone needs months to fuse before the permanent teeth go on. Surgery also needs recovery time before flying. Anyone promising otherwise is offering you something else.
Volume Is Not the Same as Quality
Turkey does an enormous amount of health tourism, and that has produced both excellent providers and some very poor ones. Volume is the reason to be careful, not the reason to relax. We select the provider and we stay involved in the case — that is the whole point of going through a coordinator rather than a search result.

Turkish health tourism attracts more overselling than almost anything else in medicine. Here is where the boundaries sit, before you spend any more time on this.
Photographs Are Not a Diagnosis
A remote review narrows the possibilities and rules things out. It cannot measure bone, assess a donor area properly or examine an eye. The plan that matters is the one written after the in-person examination.
A Package Is Not a Price
Package inclusions — transfers, hotel, interpreter — make budgeting easier, but any figure given before an examination is an estimate of a category of work. The costed plan comes after the specialist has looked, and it comes in writing.
Some Changes Are Permanent
Veneers and crowns require enamel to be removed, and enamel does not grow back. Surgery leaves scars and carries risk. These are worth doing knowingly, which is why the planning step exists.
Healing Runs on Biology, Not on Calendars
Bone fuses to an implant at its own pace, transplanted hair takes months to grow, and surgery needs recovery before a flight. A trip can be planned around that. It cannot be shortened by paying more.
Not Everyone Is a Candidate
Implants need adequate bone, a hair transplant needs a usable donor area, and weight-loss surgery needs a full medical history. Where the answer is no, or not yet, you will be told that rather than sold around it.

Before You Book Anything
The things patients ask most often about treatment in Istanbul. If yours is not here, ask it directly — most of the useful answers depend on what an examination actually finds.
It depends on the treatment. A Hollywood smile with veneers or crowns usually takes five to seven days in a single visit. Implants need two visits: five to seven days for placement and temporary teeth, then three to four days around three months later for the permanent teeth. Surgical procedures add recovery time before you can fly. You get the actual number of days in your written plan, before you book anything.
No, and you should be wary of anyone who says otherwise. The implant is a root placed into the jaw, and the bone has to grow onto it before it can carry a permanent tooth. What you can have on the first visit is a set of temporary teeth, so you are not left with a gap in the meantime. The permanent teeth go on at the second visit.
Treatment in Turkey generally sits well below UK, Gulf and Western European private pricing, and International Plus prices its treatment as packages that include transfers, hotel and an interpreter. That is as far as an honest answer goes without an examination, because the price is driven by what is actually needed. Often, yes — a smile makeover alongside a hair transplant, or a surgical procedure alongside non-surgical skin treatment, are common combinations. Whether it is sensible depends on the procedures and the recovery each one needs, and some combinations are better split. That is settled in the plan, not on arrival.
