Affinity Global Medicare
Our clinician-led medical travel partner in India. A qualified doctor reviews your reports first, then one team arranges the specialist, the hospital, the visa papers, your stay, an interpreter and follow-up at home — across India’s leading accredited hospitals. Your case is planned, costed and followed up through MedVoyage Global.
Healthcare Partners, Not Travel Agents
Affinity Global Medicare is a medical value travel company based in New Delhi, built around doctors rather than bookings. Every case starts with a qualified doctor reading the reports and guiding the patient to the right specialist and hospital — at a cost that suits them.
It works towards the Government of India’s Heal in India initiative: making India’s hospitals simple to reach for patients and families from every country.
A Doctor Reads Your Reports First
Affinity is clinician-led. Your reports are reviewed by a qualified doctor on their team, who speaks with you before anything is planned and prepares a clear case summary for the treating specialist. The first conversation is a medical one, not a sales one.
Options That Fit the Budget
Hospital options are drawn from both tier 1 and tier 2 hospitals, so the choice is not only the most famous name in the most expensive city. The aim is the right treatment at a cost that suits you, matched to your condition, specialist and city.
Your Language, Throughout
Interpreters for every language, from the first call through admission and discharge. That matters most at the bedside — consent, medication and discharge instructions are exactly where translation cannot be left to chance.
Accredited Hospitals, Checked per Facility
Patients are guided to NABH and JCI accredited hospitals, and accreditation is verified for the specific facility before you travel — not assumed from the group name, since one hospital in a chain can hold an accreditation another does not.
Arranged and Followed Up Through Us
Your case is held by MedVoyage Global from start to finish. We pass your reports to Affinity, receive the plan and the package price in writing, and remain your point of contact after you are home.

Cancer Care
Surgical, medical and radiation oncology, robotic surgery and bone marrow transplant.
Orthopaedics & Joint Replacement
Knee and hip replacement, arthroscopy, sports injuries and complex fracture care.
Neurosciences & Spine
Brain and spine surgery, stroke care, epilepsy and movement disorders.
Organ Transplant
Kidney, liver and bone marrow transplant at authorised transplant centres.
IVF & Fertility
Fertility assessment, IVF and related treatments.
Bariatric & Metabolic Surgery

Preventive Health Check-Ups

AYUSH Rejuvenation
India’s traditional wellness systems, such as Ayurveda and yoga, offered as a recovery programme after treatment — when the treating doctor agrees.
It is wellness support, never a replacement for medical treatment.
Organ transplants are arranged strictly under India’s Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act; Affinity does not arrange or source donors. Fertility treatment eligibility is determined by the treating hospital under Indian law.
Leading Hospitals Across India
Consultations and treatment can be arranged at India’s leading tier 1 and tier 2 hospitals, chosen for your condition, specialist and budget. NABH and JCI accreditation is verified for each facility before you travel.

A Simple Checklist
What to send before, and what to pack. Your coordinator will guide you through each item.
Reports to Send
- Your latest doctor’s notes or referral letter
- Recent blood tests and biopsy reports
- Scan reports: X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI or PET
- A photo of your prescriptions
- Discharge summaries from earlier treatment
Clear phone photos are fine — one page per photo, in good light.
Documents to Carry
- Passports valid for at least six months
- Your medical visa and the hospital’s invitation letter
- All your medical reports, on paper and on your phone
- Insurance papers, if you have cover
- Emergency contacts at home
Help is given with visa documents. The visa decision is made by the Government of India.

- Enough regular medicines for the whole trip, plus extra
- Medicines in their original packaging
- A written list of medicines, doses and allergies
- Any instructions your doctor gave before travel
For Your Family
- Loose, comfortable clothes for after treatment
- Phone chargers and a travel adapter
- A card that works internationally and some cash
- Your coordinator’s number saved
A local SIM on arrival makes calls and messaging easier — help is available to get one.

When you land in India
An attendant and an interpreter meet you and your family at the airport and take you to your stay. Your coordinator then explains the plan for the next few days, and stays reachable throughout.
What This Is, and Is Not
Trust is the foundation of healthcare. Here is where the boundaries sit, before you spend any more time on this.
A Review Is Not a Diagnosis
The doctor-led review gives a preliminary opinion to guide the choice of hospital and specialist. Diagnosis and treatment decisions always rest with the treating doctor and hospital.
An Estimate Can Change
The package price is shared in writing before travel. If your medical needs change once you are examined or treated, the cost can change too — and that is discussed with you before it is billed.
Transplants Follow Indian Law
Organ transplants are arranged strictly under India’s Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, at authorised centres. Affinity does not arrange or source donors. Fertility treatment eligibility is decided by the treating hospital under Indian law.
AYUSH Is Wellness, Not Treatment
Ayurveda, yoga and India’s other traditional systems are offered as recovery support after treatment, and only when the treating doctor agrees. They are never a replacement for medical treatment.
No Outcome Is Guaranteed
Every patient is different, and no doctor can guarantee the result of a treatment. You will get clear, accurate information to make your own decision — not a promise.
Not for Emergencies
This is planned care. In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
What Patients and Families Ask
The questions that come up most about treatment in India. If yours is not here, ask it directly — most of the useful answers depend on what the doctor finds in your reports.
Yes. A qualified doctor on Affinity’s team reviews your reports and speaks with you before anything is planned. They prepare a structured case summary for the treating specialist, and you then meet that specialist on a video consultation before you decide to travel.
It depends on your condition, the treatment and the hospital. After the doctor reviews your reports, you receive hospital options that suit your budget, each with one package price shared in writing before you travel. Any figure before that review would be a guess, so we do not give one.
Yes. Travel and stay are planned for the people coming with you, and the coordinator in India supports them throughout — including accommodation near the hospital, daily transfers, a local SIM and currency help.
Yes. Interpreters are arranged for all languages, from your first call to your discharge. Your MedVoyage Global coordinator also handles your case and paperwork with you directly.
Yes — help is given preparing the documents and the hospital’s invitation letter. The visa decision itself is made by the Government of India, so allow time for it before booking flights.
That is decided for your case, not in advance. Options come from leading tier 1 and tier 2 hospitals across India, matched on the facility’s NABH or JCI accreditation, the specialist’s experience with your condition, the facilities your treatment needs, and your budget and preferred city.
You leave with your records and discharge summary, and video follow-ups are arranged to keep your recovery on track. If something needs raising, you contact your MedVoyage Global coordinator, who holds your file.
Your reports are shared only with the doctors and hospitals you agree to, and only for your treatment. In India, Affinity handles medical records under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, with restricted access.
Send Your Reports, Speak to a Doctor
Doctor’s notes, blood tests, scan reports and prescriptions — clear phone photos are fine. A doctor reviews them and you get back hospital options and one package price, in writing, before you book a flight.
All enquiries, bookings and follow-up for Affinity Global Medicare are handled by MedVoyage Global. Affinity is a medical travel facilitator, not a hospital. Nothing on this page is medical advice, a diagnosis, a quotation or a promise of a particular outcome. Treatment decisions are made by the treating doctor and hospital. Not for medical emergencies.
